Terms of Trade
The following terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at www.urbanremedy.co.nz under which Four Rivers Management Limited (GST#99342161). Please ensure that you have reviewed our terms and conditions before submitting an order. Continuation indicates that you accept these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or change these conditions.Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and intellectual property in all material on this website are owned by Urban Remedy.
All pricing quoted on the Urban Remedy website is in New Zealand dollars and is GST inclusive.
For all orders in New Zealand delivery is FREE to any NZ address. For all overseas orders, please contact us first to find out shipping costs.
Payment can be made using all major credit cards on our website via PayPal using their secure SSL technology for peace of mind.
You can also pay via paypal, direct debit, internet banking and cheque. If you are paying by personal cheque please allow five working days for cheque clearance prior to dispatch of your order.
Orders will be shipped within 24 hours on stocked products. If any product is to come from one of the Urban Remedy suppliers, delivery will be determined upon that supplier’s stock availability. Any items not in stock will be back ordered and you will be notified immediately. An alternative will be offered if applicable. Urban Remedy cannot guarantee that our supplier will ship the product immediately, but will do everything within our power to get you products to you ASAP.
At Urban Remedy we endeavour to have your products delivered to you within 7 working days. There are some instances, such as remote locations, where your item may take longer to dispatch. We use a number of Couriers for best delivery and service wherever possible so if there is a delay in shipment, please be aware that the courier could be delayed. We will always provide you with a track and trace number for your order so you can check on the whereabouts of your product.
Urban Remedy makes every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your product/s. Should you be unsatisfied in any way and would like to arrange a return, please be aware of our following conditions:
Goods may be returned with a receipt within 30days of purchase for an exchange or refund.
If you wish to return an item purchased from Urban Remedy please contact us within 30days of receiving the goods.
You can return the item to us within 30 days after you receive the item at your own cost.
The item should be unopened, in its original package and must be undamaged.
The item must be returned with proof of purchase.
Postage is non-refundable.
If our product/s arrive to you in a damaged or faulty condition please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery so we can remedy the situation.
No refund will be given for reports received after 7 days of delivery.
All products must be returned in like-new condition (excluding damage), in its original packaging accompanied by all correspondence, proof of purchase and accessories.
All defective products will be assessed upon return to Urban Remedy. If deemed faulty or damaged, a replacement will be dispatched to you as soon as possible. If a product returned is found not to be faulty, customers will be charged with 15% re-stocking fee. Return postage is to be paid by you and will be refunded to you should the product be deemed to be damage or faulty.
