Cashew, Chia & Strawberry Smoothie

  150mls (2/3cup) coconut cream 150mls water 8 strawberries, fresh or frozen 1/2 cup of cashew nuts, raw, pre-soaked if possible 1/2 cup of chia seeds 1 teaspoon cinnamon, powdered 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 2 Medjool dates or maple syrup or honey to sweeten mint, fresh (optional) 
  Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve in your favourite smoothie glass and enjoy! You can also save one serve for later in the fridge as it will set like a dessert. Or warm it up later for a pudding.
