Four tablespoons of certified organic cottage cheese, quark, or ricotta cheese
(To make a bigger portion always keep the 1 to 4 tablespoon ratio of Flaxseed oil (1TBSP) to soft cheese (4TBSP) of choice)
The zest or finely grated skin of a lemon, mandarin or orange
One teaspoon of organic Manuka honey
A handful of chopped nuts like walnuts or almonds
Chopped or grated fruit of your choice (you can use dried fruit too, check that it is preservative-free). For an antioxidant boost add fresh berries.
