This is the book I wrote together with my mother called Grow Me Well - Nutritional Know-how for Every Body. It's a great book for teaching children of all ages about why choosing and eating healthy food is so important for physical,mental and emotional well being. And on the flip side Grow Me Well also teaches the reader with the help of some really great drawings, why processed and junk food is so detrimental to our long term health. I'll be blogging about many of the topics we cover in Grow Me Well like balancing blood sugars naturally, using our 3 brains for increased intelligence and which of Mother nature's foods boost our energy and concentration.
